Does Acupuncture hurt?

No, acupuncture usually is completely painless, there is on occasion a little pain in nerve rich regions of the body.  It is usually "perceived" pain more than actual pain.  If Dr. Williams and you decide not to use needles or come to the conclusion that you do not want to use needles, then ask about other very efficient ways to perform acupuncture such as: cold lasers, teishein, acupressure, electrical stimulation, etc.
